the hotel is clean n quiet, which i loved. towels were available, n the bed was pretty comfy. the room size was decent too, so pretty good overall. easy to get around because there is a lift n stuff.
but the wi-fi was super slow, and the breakfast options were kinda basic.

Convenient transport links nearby, with a tube stop less than a five-minute walk away. The room had decent space and a comfortable bed, making it suitable for some relaxation after a busy day.
Bathroom maintenance left a lot to be desired. water from the shower leaked extensively, flooding the bathroom in our room. A strong smell lingered in the hallways and my room, possibly from various substances. The room's decor felt outdated, with mismatched fittings that lacked a cohesive style. There were frequent issues with room cleanliness, including stains on bedding and carpets that needed attention. a couple of plug sockets were hard to find, leading to some uncomfortable moments while trying to plug in devices.

It was just a commendable fit for a lightning stop in London with reasonable value. The rooms were quiet, even on a busy road. Consider checking in with a larger group for better service at the front desk.

The stay was quite challenging. The room had an issue with the air conditioning, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. I appreciated the cleanliness of the linens provided. The staff was not always available to assist, which made addressing issues difficult. While the hotel had a nice design, the lack of windows in some rooms can be a concern for those who need natural light.

The location is really great, just a hop to public transport 🚍! my room was pretty small and lacked proper cleaning. I expected a bit more comfort for the price I paid.

A prime choice for a weekend rest in London with good value. The location was great, just a short walk to the underground. Keep in mind that the rooms are compact, so if you prefer more space, consider that.

I had a blast during my stay, especially enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the delicious room service that hit the spot after a long day. The hotel also offered a lovely lounge area and a small gym for unwinding. Just a heads up, the shower pressure was a bit weak, but overall, it didn’t put a damper on my great experience! 😊

Conveniently situated near public transport, it's easy to explore the area, with numerous shops and eateries within walking distance. The comfortable bed made for restful nights, though the room's cleanliness could improve, as it had noticeable dust. The quirky wardrobe design left much to be desired, requiring a chair for access to the hanging space. a solid choice for its price and location, but minor upgrades would elevate the experience.

Target audience deserves better
So, I booked this place to treat my partner for his birthday, you know? First night, we got a room that was double booked! The receptionist just shoved us into a room that barely fit the bed and didn’t even apologize. But the next day they finally moved us to a decent one, had some dust but at least it had space to breathe.
Not exactly inexpensive, but it could’ve been worse.

Great stay with friends! We loved being close to Paddington for quick airport access and enjoyed visiting Hyde Park and Piccadilly Circus for a fun day out. The room was comfy and surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. Pro tip, Check the breakfast menu if you’re in the mood for something different.
Our check-in process was confusing, as the staff seemed overwhelmed and we initially got the wrong room assigned. It took a while to sort things out, which was frustrating after a long trip.
